Every day from spring break to the end of August
Here are some routes to take with a donkey starting from the farm.
These hikes are all very accessible and particularly suitable for families with young children or simply for those who want to get to know the donkey.
Children can ride on the donkey's back from 3-4 years old to 8 years old.
Beyond that, they can lead the donkey. The donkey also carries the snack or picnic on its back.
We will provide you with a route and give you all the instructions on the correct way to "drive" your donkey.
Valley circuit
8.5km circuit / 3 hours of walking approximately
Below the village flows the Maulde. This trail allows you to discover the river, but also the heritage of Peyrat: mill, Lusignan tower, pond...

Hills and River Circuit
10.5km circuit / approximately 3.5 hours of walking
From one farm to another, the path offers vast panoramas of our Limousin mountains and the Maulde valley. Before departure, Christophe happily shares his favorite spots for picnics, naps or soaking his feet.

For these circuits, departure is scheduled around 10:30 a.m., you take your picnic and you are back during the afternoon.
> All activities take place by registration only.
> The presence of a minimum of one adult per donkey is always required. A child can ride the donkey from 3-4 years old to 8 years old.
Beyond that, he drives the donkey like an adult. For safety reasons, the presence of at least 2 adults is strongly recommended.
> Bring good shoes (no flip-flops or sandals, etc.) and hiking clothing suited to the weather (sun or rain protection)
> Your dog cannot participate in the walk.
